Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Where do your prices come from?

We don’t set prices. We display prices pulled directly from retailer systems (APIs) like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Best Buy. The retailer’s product page is always the final authority. See About Our Prices for details.

Do you inflate discounts?

No. Savings are calculated from the two numbers the retailer provides. If something looks off, please check the product page—promos change fast.

Why does the “regular price” sometimes look wrong?

Retailers may send MSRP/list/prior price via API, which can differ from what you see on the live page or for another size/color/region. We show exactly what their system sends.

How often do you post and email new deals?

We update throughout the day and send daily emails. We don’t post on Saturdays. Join here: Daily Email Signup.

What’s your policy on third-party sellers?

We try not to post third-party sellers because they can make deals look better than they are and trust can vary. We prefer buying directly from the retailer.

Do you accept sponsored posts?

Yes, selectively—only if it’s a genuinely good deal, we like the product, and it offers real value. Any sponsorships are disclosed.

A deal expired / price changed—what happens?

It happens. We’ll mark deals expired when we see them or when someone tells us, and we keep them visible for reference. You can report one via our Contact page.

Can I reuse your deals on my site or group?

Yes—please credit Rocket Deals and add a backlink to the original post.

Can I send you a deal tip?

Absolutely. Use Contact or message us on Facebook. If we use it, we’ll credit you.

Do you ship items or handle returns?

No. We only share deals. Shipping, returns, and warranties are handled by the retailer.

Which regions do your prices target?

Primarily U.S. sites and pricing. Totals may vary by location, tax, and shipping.

How do I get alerts for new deals?

Subscribe to our daily email and follow us on Facebook.
